SynQ Application – End User Licensing Agreement (EULA)

By downloading, installing, or using Synq Social (“the App”), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this App.

You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to use the SYNQ application.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

If you are under the age of 16, you must not use the application.

If we become aware that a user is under the required minimum age, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the application and delete the associated account where permitted by applicable law.

We maintain a strict zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Any violation of our content policies will result in immediate content removal and account termination.

3.1 Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Harassment, bullying, or threats against any individual or group
• Hate speech based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Sexually explicit content including nudity, pornography, or sexually suggestive material
• Violence or graphic content including depictions of violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities
• Illegal activities including drug use, weapons sales, or other criminal behavior
• Spam or misleading content including fake news, scams, or deceptive practices
• Intellectual property violations including copyrighted material used without permission
• Privacy violations including sharing personal information without consent
• Minor safety violations including any content that could endanger minors

3.2 Prohibited Behavior

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
• Coordinated harassment or targeted abuse
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or exploit the platform
• Sharing malicious software or links
• Engaging in any form of cyberbullying
• Soliciting personal information from minors

4.1 Automated Content Filtering

• Our platform employs automated systems to detect and blur potentially objectionable or NSFW content before posting
• Flagged content will be blurred and require explicit user consent to view
• Severely violating content will be automatically blocked from posting

4.2 User Reporting Mechanism

• All users can report objectionable content or abusive behavior through the in-app reporting system
• Reports can be submitted by tapping the “Report” button on any post, comment, or user profile
• Users can report content for harassment, hate speech, nudity, violence, spam, intellectual property violation, or other violations

4.3 User Blocking System

• Users can block other users to prevent all interaction and content visibility
• Blocked users cannot view your profile, send messages, or interact with your content
• The blocking feature is accessible through user profiles and the safety settings menu

4.4 Rapid Response Commitment

We commit to reviewing and acting on all objectionable content reports within 24 hours. Our response actions include:

• Immediate content removal for violating posts, comments, or media
• Account suspension or termination for users who post objectionable content
• Permanent ban for severe violations or repeat offenders
• Law enforcement reporting when legally required

5.1 Content Creation

• You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, or share
• You must ensure your content complies with all applicable laws and these terms
• You grant us the right to moderate, remove, or take action on your content

5.2 Community Standards

• Treat all users with respect and dignity
• Report violations when you encounter them
• Use blocking and filtering tools to curate your experience
• Protect your privacy and that of others

5.3 Account Security

• Keep your login credentials secure
• Report suspicious activity immediately
• Do not share your account PIN with others

6.1 Blockchain Integration

• Our decentralized features operate on blockchain technology
• Wallet transactions will have associated gas fees and processing times
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible

6.2 Payment Wallet Terms

• You are responsible for securing your wallet and private keys
• We cannot recover lost private keys or reverse unauthorized transactions
• Cryptocurrency values are volatile and subject to market risks

6.3 Location Services (Maps Feature)

• Location sharing is optional and can be disabled in settings
• Location data is processed according to our Privacy Policy
• Users can control who sees their location information

• Your privacy is important to us and is governed by our Privacy Policy
• We collect only necessary data to provide and improve our services
• User reports and moderation actions are logged for safety and compliance purposes
• Deleted content may be retained for safety investigations as legally required

• You retain ownership of your original content
• You grant us a license to host, display, and moderate your content
• Respect others' intellectual property rights
• Report copyright violations through our designated channels

9.1 Termination by You

• You may delete your post at any time through the post settings
• Your post data will be retained as required by law or for safety purposes

9.2 Termination by Us

We may immediately suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of this Agreement
• Posting objectionable content
• Abusive behavior toward other users
• Illegal activity
• Any behavior that threatens user safety

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not responsible for user-generated content, but we actively moderate it
• We are not liable for cryptocurrency losses or blockchain-related issues
• Your use of the App is at your own risk

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction] without regard to conflict of law principles.

Safety Report Portal: In-app reporting system which reflects on our internal Dashboard.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

By using SynQ Social, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, including our zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior.
